This comprehensive restoration project encompassed extensive façade and masonry repairs across multiple areas of the historic Quadrangle complex.
Scope highlights include:
- Façade Restoration: Crack repairs, repointing, Dutchman repairs, and restoration of limestone and brick masonry.
- Chimney Rehabilitation: Restoration and cleaning of brick chimneys, including new flue installations, masonry repairs, and bluestone caps.
- New Masonry Openings: Installation of new basement and upper floor openings at multiple locations to improve access and ventilation.
- Waterproofing & Sealant Work: Window well foundation waterproofing and perimeter sealant replacement.
- Miscellaneous Repairs: Foundation wall repairs, structural shoring at chimneys, installation of new roof scuppers, stair tread and stringer removal and replacement
