This project involved comprehensive building envelope repairs at The Philadelphian Condominiums, a large residential complex in Philadelphia. The work focused on restoring the integrity of the exterior walls, windows, balconies, and architectural features, while minimizing disruption to residents.

- Repointing of deteriorated brick masonry joints.
- Crack repair in brick and concrete substrates.
- Window and Door Restoration:
- Removal and replacement of perimeter sealants at all windows and balcony doors.
- Installation of preformed silicone splice joint covers at window heads, sills, and flashings.
- Replacement of damaged or missing insulation infill at window frames.
- Installation of new glazing seals and louver perimeter sealants.
- Elastomeric Coating Application:
- Silicone and acrylic coatings applied to masonry and concrete surfaces to restore waterproofing and aesthetics.
- Coating repairs at window heads, louver perimeters, balconies, and concrete eyebrows.
