Reimert Hall Exterior Walkway and Stair Repairs
Location: Collegeville, PA
Client: Ursinus College
Design Professional: CVM
This project involved the structural rehabilitation and aesthetic restoration of the elevated walkways and exterior stair systems at Reimert Hall, a student residence at Ursinus College. Originally constructed in 1966, the aging concrete and railing systems required extensive repairs to address deterioration, improve safety, and meet current building codes. The work was carefully phased to minimize disruption to campus operations and student life.
