PA Judicial Center – Water Intrusion Repairs

This multi-phase project addressed significant water intrusion issues at the Pennsylvania Judicial Center.
Scope of work:
- Conducted initial site surveys and video inspections of existing drainage systems to assess conditions and plan repairs.
- Removed and salvaged existing benches, tables, stone pavers, and stone wall panels for reuse.
- Removed deteriorated waterproofing and installed new systems including drainage mats, rigid insulation, and high-performance waterproof membranes
- Replaced plaza and planter drains, and performed crack injections in garage areas to eliminate water infiltration.
- Installed new concrete subslabs and sidewalks, reset salvaged stone pavers (repairing cracked pavers using epoxy injection), and installed new sealant.
- Reinstalled salvaged stone wall panels, benches, and tables. Completed stair railing post repairs and replaced stair sealants.
