Hyatt Regency Porte Cochere

Joseph Dugan, Inc. was contracted to perform EIFS restoration work on the porte cochere canopy at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, NJ, as part of a broader renovation project led by HSC Builders & Construction Managers for Johnson & Johnson.

Scope of work included:

• Provided pedestrian and vehicle safety protections.
• Installed STO Gold Coat waterproofing membrane over new DensGlass sheathing.
• Removed deteriorated coatings from the existing concrete columns.
• Applied a new STO EIFS system to the canopy surfaces and concrete columns.
