Our Story

Joseph Dugan Inc. was founded in 1972 by Joseph Dugan to provide masonry and caulking services in the Greater Philadelphia area. Over time, and in response to the growing need for a responsible and customer focused approach to the repair, restoration, and maintenance of existing structures, we’ve expanded our portfolio of services to include a comprehensive range of solutions that reflect our commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term value for our clients and their communities.

In 2017 leadership transitioned to current President & CEO Colton Heimer, marking a new chapter in the company’s evolution. Under his guidance and leadership, the company continues to build on its strong foundation while embracing new opportunities for growth. This growth has also extended our reach beyond the Philadelphia area, with services now available throughout the Lehigh Valley, New Jersey, Delaware, and in some cases beyond.

At Dugan Restoration, our mission is to deliver highly skilled repair, restoration, and maintenance services that help building owners and facility directors create environments that are safe, efficient, and visually appealing.
