Typical scope items include:
- Obtaining required permits for street closures, sidewalk occupancy, and other public-access accommodations.
- Installing barricades and protection measures to safely redirect pedestrian and vehicular traffic away from active work areas.
- Providing project-specific access solutions, such as industrial rope access, swing-stage scaffolding, aerial lifts, or engineered system scaffolding, depending on site constraints and inspection needs.
- Ensuring all access, rigging, and safety systems meet or exceed the most stringent industry and regulatory standards.
- Performing systematic façade sounding to identify delamination, veneer separation, or coating disbondment from underlying substrates.
- Executing selective demolition to expose concealed elements—including steel shelf angles, wall ties, backup systems, and other structural components.
- Documenting all findings through photographs, videos, field notes, and structured reports to support engineering evaluation and decision-making.
- Maintaining real-time communication and coordination with the client to ensure a seamless workflow and maximize on-site productivity.
