Colton serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, bringing a wide range of expertise in building envelope and parking garage restoration. He holds a Bachelor's degree in structural engineering from Drexel University and began his career as a Project Manager for a consulting engineering firm specializing in the same disciplines. Since joining the company in 2010, Colton has led with a focus on fostering a culture centered on teamwork and safety, while driving strategic growth and cultivating long-term client relationships.

George Anderosky

George began his journey in masonry at the age of sixteen, working summer jobs that sparked a lifelong passion for the craft. He joined our team in 1996 as a bricklayer and quickly rose to foreman, driven by a desire to tackle increasingly complex projects. In 2021, George assumed the role of COO, where his expertise in mapping out means and methods ensures every project meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Committed to supporting his team, George makes sure they have the tools and resources to work efficiently every day. He also partners closely with our job foremen and safety directors to provide apprentices and newer bricklayers with the coaching and training they need to grow professionally.

Kim McInerney
CFO

Kim McInerney has been with Dugan Restoration, Inc. for over 40 years, dedicating her career to overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring the financial health of the corporation. With a strong foundation in business and accounting, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Gwynedd Mercy University. As Chief Financial Officer, she is committed to upholding the company's financial integrity and contributing to its continued growth and success.

Joe Healy

Joe Healy
Safety Officer

After spending over 30 years in the construction trades as a Local #1 Bricklayer, Estimator, Project Manager, and Safety Director, Joe entered the field of fulltime safety with a great level of experience and knowledge. A dual authorized OSHA instructor for Construction and General industry, Joe conducts training in various subjects for our team members in the construction and general industry fields. As a mason, he has experience in work procedures and assists in implementing safe work practices with workers during site audits. He holds the CSHM certification from IHMM as a Certified Safety and Health Manager, and the Occupational Safety and Health Professional Certification from OSHAcademy. He is also a Gulf War Veteran and a graduate of Temple University.

Hank Upright
Safety Officer

Hank brings more than fifty years of experience in building construction, having started his career with Dugan Restoration. in 1972. His extensive field experience, combined with a wide range of safety-related certifications, has supported his role as Safety Officer for more than twenty-seven years. Hank holds certifications in OSHA 500, OSHA 510, OSHA National Safety Stand-Down, Scaffold Industries of America/Suspended Scaffolds, Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council, two-point suspended scaffold operation, frame scaffolding, and Red Cross First Aid.

Estimator/Project Manager

Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Penn State University and began his career as an engineer for a consulting firm specializing in structural rehabilitation and restoration. Since joining Dugan Restoration in 2008, Jonathan has combined his technical expertise with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for complex restoration projects. He is dedicated to building strong client relationships throughout the Philadelphia area and New Jersey, ensuring collaboration and inspiring confidence on every project.

Nick Balbi

Nick brings decades of hands-on experience in construction, having originally joined the company in 1985. With a strong background in both new construction and restoration, he continues to expand his expertise through ongoing professional development and practical application. Nick’s career progression—from Laborer to Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and now Estimator/Project Manager—reflects his deep commitment to the craft and to the company. He is Green Advantage Certified, bringing sustainable building practices to healthcare, education, and multi-unit residential restoration.

Tom Ford

Tom began his career in the masonry field in 2007, working for a local supplier of tools and fasteners. He eventually acquired and successfully operated that business for many years. Over time he developed an unmatched knowledge of the materials, equipment, and hardware that drive our industry. Since joining Dugan Restoration in 2022, Tom has leveraged that knowledge, along with his technical expertise and strong industry relationships to help grow our business and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Matt Mulhall

Matt grew up immersed in the masonry industry, learning the trade firsthand while working in his father’s business. He began his career as a union mason tender, gaining valuable experience on projects in Philadelphia and throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. Since 2006, Matt has been successfully managing projects and acquiring new business, resulting in a reputation for integrity and reliability. His focus on cultivating strong relationships within the Lehigh Valley has made him a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.

In addition to maintaining meticulous records, MaryBeth provides high-level administrative support and plays a key role in coordinating company events and meetings. Nathan graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. His background combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of industry operations, making him a valuable resource for both financial and HR initiatives.
