Parking Garage Structural Reinforcement

Scope of work:
- Stone was relocated and piled to clear the work area. The shoring zone was benched to create a stable, level surface for installation and to ensure proper footing.
- Custom-designed shoring was installed to support the structural load per engineering specifications and facilitate the lifting of the Double T beam back into position.
- Damaged strands were exposed and replaced.
- After strand replacement, the concrete was rebuilt using structural repair mortars.
- To enhance structural integrity, CFRP panels were installed.
- T-to-T anchor connections were repaired.
- Joints were prepped for installation of new backer rod and joint sealant to ensure long-term durability.
